STORY
Founded by Mark Stoneman in 2000, the company began as a recruitment agency specializing in IT. Natalie Kaneko took over as the current representative in 2019. Until 2019, I gained experience in sales and other roles at an IT company. Convinced that tempeh, which is commonly eaten in Indonesia, would gain popularity in fermentation-rich Japan, I began her activities as a tempe researcher in 2021.

Born in Jakarta to an Indonesian mother and a Japanese father, I moved to Japan at the age of three. From a young age, I have experienced the cultural differences between Indonesia and Japan. I have worked in sales at a staffing agency and an IT company. After that, I became independent. Currently, I am involved in activities to promote the charm of Indonesia to Japan.Now some of our clients are Japanese companies. We mainly provide consulting services for businesses involved in Indonesia.I love tempe so much that I try various kinds of it. To promote Japanese tempe manufacturers and Indonesian tempe culture in Japan, I organize workshops and study sessions.

He has over 25 years of experience in magazine editing. He has worked on various types of magazines, including fashion magazines, automotive magazines, and weekly publications. He manage the production of brand catalogs and oversee the operations of a house studio for photography.
